Noke Koi Retreat with Pajè Romeya Aro Nainawa
With Liana
March 30 - April 5, 2026
We invite you to a sacred encounter with the Noke Koî, guardians of ancient forest wisdom, known as the first people, the original stewards of Kambó, Aya (Uni), and Hapé, and are one of the few tribes in the region to have preserved their original language, Noke Vana.
Their presence is not a ceremony. It is a transmission. A bridge between worlds and times. A call to awaken the healer within.
In the Noke Koi history, the people were born from under the earth and with them, the uni and all forest medicines, the chants, the food and the culture 4 thousand years ago.
PAJÈ ROMEYA ARO NAINAWA
“Romeya”, which for the Noke Koi is the highest recognition of spiritual force, those who have the greatest strength and can do the most difficult
cures. He works on the spiritual strength of Vinorono, a sacred serpent, among other serpents and sacred animals that taught him how to do the healings and accompany him during his work.
TXANA JAIME NAINAWA
He is a talented singer and guardian of the sacred songs that connect generations within the Noke Koi culture. Through his voice, he inspires the younger generations of his community, demonstrating the importance of honoring ancestral traditions and keeping spiritual practices alive.
TUPA NAINAWA
A talented and respected artisan from the Noke Koi village. Her works are true expressions of her spiritual connection to the forest, crafted with materials such as seeds, vines, and natural pigments. For her, crafts are not only art but also a reflection of ancestral respect for nature and spirituality.
In addition to her artistic skills, she sings sacred prayers accompanied by the guitar, strengthening the spiritual connection of her people. Daughter of Chief Pajè Romeya Kamarati Kamanawa and wife of Txana Jaime Nainawa, she assumes an important leadership role among the Noke Koi women, demonstrating their vital role in preserving cultural heritage. Her trip to Europe represents sharing this rich legacy with the world, reinforcing the connection between ancestry and modernity.

Uni in Modern Times
Today, the Noke Koî share Uni with people from around the world in intercultural gatherings. These exchanges are not commercial events but acts of alliance — opportunities to transmit forest wisdom and to receive support for preserving their land and culture. In this way, Uni becomes both medicine and diplomacy: a way to awaken ecological consciousness in modern humanity.
The Noke Koî believe that Uni carries a mission — to reunite humanity with the living intelligence of the Earth. Uni restores the memory that we are part of one great organism — the forest, the planet, the cosmos
Rapeh Circle, The Medicine of Focus & Connection
Guided by the Noke Koi, the Rapeh circle becomes a moment of grounding and spiritual alignment. As the sacred blend is blown with intention, participants are invited to enter a state of clarity, presence, and inner listening. Traditional songs accompany the medicine, calling the forest spirits and opening a path for emotional, energetic, and mental cleansing.
This ritual prepares the mind and heart for the coming days, dissolving tension and reconnecting you to your essence.
Ancestral Chants & The Living Language of the Forest
Txana Jaime shares sacred chants transmitted by Pajé Aro and the lineage of master healers. These melodies carry teachings, protections, and spiritual codes that guide healing work. Tupa brings the feminine voice of her people, weaving prayers that soften the heart and awaken intuition. These chants are not music — they are tools of transformation that help align your emotional body, clear energetic fields, and reconnect you with forgotten inner strength.
Sananga – The Drops of Clarity
Prepared with prayers and intention, it is applied as eye drops that cause an intense burning sensation — an immediate purification.
Sacred Paintings – The Language of Spirit
The intricate body paintings of the Noke Koî are not decoration but sacred codes. Created with the dark pigment of the genipapo fruit (huito), these designs are drawn on the skin during ceremonies, rituals, or moments of celebration.
The Integrative Bridge with Liana Aya
Liana weaves the ancient teachings into a living, accessible pathway for modern life, guiding participants to understand how these cosmovisions can support emotional regulation, inner clarity, and regenerative personal transformation.
Sacred Reciprocity
For the Noke Koî, reciprocity is the sacred law that sustains life — giving back to what gives to us. Every breath, every medicine, every drop of water exists through exchange. Supporting their work means honoring this law: when resources flow back to the forest, balance is restored.
